Elementary students: Contact the student’s teacher for login information. Some teachers may have a classroom password. If a password change is needed, please ask the teacher to place a request utilizing the Klein ISD Service Desk.
If a student cannot log into Skyward or Schoology, a Klein Network Password reset is also needed. Please let your teacher know if your student is having this issue when logging in.
Secondary Students: The student or parent/guardian should fill out our Klein Family Tech Support form.
After submitting your tech support request, the password information will always be sent to the parent/guardian on record in Skyward. The student will not receive an email.
If the student is using a Klein Laptop/Tablet, not a Chromebook, the student will need to:
- Take the Klein computer to a Klein campus near them.
- Pull up next to the building. You may park in the campus parking lot.
- Start or restart the device.
- Connect to Klein Network: Mercury A.
- Log in. Students will then be prompted to reset the password.
Do not submit a Service Desk ticket. Both the campus IT technician and the librarian can reset student passwords. Please send the student to one of these individuals for password resets.
